Dan Webster and Emily Lawler


Described as ‘one of the U.K’s best kept musical secrets and one not to miss!’, Dan Webster plays an accessible mix of Folk/Americana and has been building loyal fanbase ever since breakthrough album Diamond Land featured on the likes of Hollyoaks and BBC R1&2. “Achingly lovely, like sun breaking on a rain swept highway…” (RnR). According to Americana UK “He is the missing link, the joining point, where folk fuses with country – as good as you’ll hear on any record out of Austin or Nashville – beautiful – he is Anglicana”.

Accompanying Dan is violinist and composer Emily Lawler. Emily is influenced by Eastern European Folk, Latin American and Experimental music and shares Dan’s passion for Folk, Americana and Country. Her orchestral composition Elemental Soundscapes was recently performed by York’s Guildhall Orchestra. and an ‘An insightful lyricist with a great voice’ Acoustic Magazine.
